Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following bill be withdrawn from committee:

"An Act relating to the definitions of 'general fund,' 'state treasury,'      
and 'program receipts'; and providing for an effective date."                  
                                                                               
Representative Porter objected.

allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.  Objection
